Monte Pertica is a historic Italian house in the heart of Rome. OmniDe has masterfully transformed this three-story residence, blending its rich historical character with contemporary style and functionality.
INDUSTRIAL ELEMENTS IN A HISTORIAL HOUSE
The renovation emphasizes spatial innovation, featuring a beautifully designed mezzanine that adds a dynamic layer to the living space. The mezzanine is accessed via a sleek, stylish metal staircase, which serves as both a functional element and a striking visual centrepieces.
CONTEMPORARY LIVING
To infuse an industrial touch, we incorporated exposed brick in several wall finishes. This design choice not only preserves the historical essence of the house but also enhances its modern aesthetic, creating a unique juxtaposition that defines the overall ambiance.
